Friday, April 16
Meet and Greet
BOG attendees will meet at the Home of Robert and Patricia Yuellig. 7pm till?
This activity will let BOG members have a chance to socialize and catch up with other NSS members. BOG attendees can meet with their rides or host as well as get the BOG information packet. Food and drink will be provided.
Saturday April 17
8am set up at the Cincinnati Museum Center will begin
9am BOG proceedings will begin
Noon
Lunch and the BOG closed door session
Attendees break for lunch. Food and dining is available in the Museum Center's rotunda as well as in the surrounding area (remember parking is a pay lot). Attendees are also welcome to explore the Natural History Museum during this or any other break.
Afternoon BOG session until 5:30
Saturday evening 6:00pm
Reception begins at the Northside Tavern with complimentary hors d’oeurves and a cash bar.  Selected items will be available from the Hideaway for dinner at a per person price. After 9:00pm the reception area is open to the public and music will be scheduled BOG members are invited and encouraged to stay and enjoy the venue.
Sunday April 18
BOG attendees not attending any other special sessions have an opportunity to tour the Krohn Conservatory and the Cincinnati Art Museum. We will meet at a pre-determined location at 9:30am. The Krohn opens at 10:00 am and the Art Museum at 11:00am There is a charge for parking.
