The June meeting will be held on June 5 at 7:30 pm on the UC Campus, Room 201, Braunstein Hall.



The cost to mail out the Electric Caver has been increasing over the years. In the past 12 months (10/1/12 - 9/30/13), we have spent $2,006.56 on the EC ($1557.10 in printing and $449.46 in postage). Our Membership dues have brought in 2,150.00 during that same period. We hope to cut these costs to be able to use this money to further enforce the grotto’s mission statement. We understand that some people do not have an e-mail to receive an electronic copy, or they just really enjoy receiving the paper copy. However, we hope that as many members as possible participate in this change to cut down these costs.

Starting MARCH 2014, you will no longer receive a paper copy of the Electric Caver through mail. Instead, all members will receive electronic copies as PDF’s sent directly to their email. You can easily download the Adobe PDF reader program for free from If you feel you do not have a current e-mail address listed in the membership database please contact Sherry Clements, Membership Chair.

If you wish to continue receiving the Electric Caver as a paper copy to this listed address, you may contact Sherry Clements via e-mail stating that you want to continue receiving your Electric Caver as a paper copy via mail. If you do not do this, you will receive an electric copy of the EC starting MARCH 2014.
